In addition to sales, Eric is a founder and manager of Coldwell Banker's Previews International premier high-end property leasing and sales division. He specializes in exclusive and distinctive properties located in Montecito, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria.

He has also have been involved in the ownership, renovation and management of several estates, apartment complexes, condominium projects and commercial office buildings.

Having worked for years with affluent clientele that includes music producers, songwriters, senior executives and celebrities, Eric truly understands the desires and needs of clients with discerning tastes.
